The Moment of Helplessness: A Gateway to Help
It is a necessary part of this Work, that everyone must eventually pass, to see in yourself by sincere observation, how you cling to your negative emotions with one hand and try to free yourself with the other. The Work inevitably leads everyone to the same places and the same experiences.
You must reach the point of discerning your own helplessness. And this, if it is not a negative experience, will bring you into a state of self-remembering. Through seeing your helplessness you attract help. For realizing your own helplessness puts you into the Third State of Consciousness where help can reach you.
