Transforming Dislike into Inner Work

A person whom one dislikes should become a matter of genuine interest—and here one will have some real work to do— some real conscious observation and non-identifying and finding the same qualities in oneself—in fact, all that the Work teaches.

When you find a person who obviously dislikes you there is another task for personal work. Notice what that person dislikes in you if you can. Remember that we have to thank those who make it necessary for us to work on ourselves.
